Billing and Payment Information
Q/How do I pay?
A/Payments are PREPAID and are payable by credit/debit card or bank
transfer. You can pay online on our website. Login your control
panel, click on the Callback Services tab, and
choose to either specify an amount to pay or set your account to
auto pay. If you encounter any problems or need assistance, please
contact customer service.
Q/Are there any additional costs?
A/Only mobile providers may charge users for text messages. This
is not included in our charge.
Q/How are minutes used and how much do they cost?
A/You will be billed by one-minute increments, rounded to the nearest
minute. For example, if you're on the phone for 1.47 seconds, you
will be billed for 2 minutes.
Call credits may be purchased or you can set your account to auto
pay in control panel. Please check our rates for pricing information.
Q/How do I change my credit card information?
A/Login to your control panel through www.netcallback.com, click
on My Account tab and then choose Billing Information
tab. There you can change or update your credit card information.
After finishing your changes, please don’t forget to click
on Modify.

Q/How long does it take for my account to be available?
A/The account will be opened immediately after your sign up. It
takes 24 hours to 48 hours for funds to clear. You will be able
to make calls after we receive our account confirmation email.
Q/ Is there a minimum subscription period?
A/No, there is no minimum subscription period. You can cancel your
subscription any time by sending an e-mail to customer service,
without penalties or cancellation fees.
Q/Are there any account set up charges?
A/No. It's completely free to open an account
Q/ How can I change my password?
A/Login to your control panel through www.netcallback.com, click
on Change Password tab and then enter your new password.

Netcallback Basics
Q/My phone is blocked to long-distance calls. Do I need
to have it unblocked?
A/No, you don't. All NetCallback calls are based on “incoming”
calls. You will let us know which number you wish to talk to and
we will connect that call to your phone. Our automated call switchboard
will be calling you! You will not be dialing any international number.
So, you can still leave your phone "blocked" to long-distance
dialing against unwanted usage.
Q/Do I need to have a special telephone or any equipment?
A/No, you don't. You only need a working mobile phone capable
receiving and making calls and SMS messages. For web call back,
you need a computer to initiate the call process.
Q/Where can I make calls to?
A/You can call anywhere in the world.
Q/Can I use my mobile with your service?
A/Yes you can. It's the easiest way to use our service.
Q/Do I need a computer to use the service?
A/No. All you need is a mobile phone.
Q/Can I call a destination that is not on your country
list?
A/Yes. All you have to do is enter the correct country code.
Q/ Can I use NetCallback behind a firewall?
A/Yes. NetCallback works with most networks and can work behind
a firewall in two different ways. The first and easiest way is to
let the Network Detect Wizard automatically detect your settings
and configure the Chameleon accordingly. The second way is to configure
your firewall to open specific ports used by NetCallback in making
calls. Although this is more complicated, it often provides better
call experience.
Q/ Can I access my NetCallbak account from any computer?
A/Yes. You can access your NetCallback account from any computer
with Internet access. You do not need to return to the original
computer that you registered from to access your NetCallback account.
Simply go to www.netcallback.com and enter your user ID and password
to login.
Q/Can I use a landline phone to talk?
A/Yes, you can. With this function, you can use either a landline
phone or a mobile phone to talk. You just need to send a text message
within a registered mobile phone to 13524806393.

Call Logs
Q/ How do I view my calling records and account balance?
A/Please login to your account at www.netcallback.com. Once you
successfully login to your account, please click on the View
Logs tab on the right hand side of the page.
If you want to download your call logs, go to the Callback
Services tab in your control panel and click on Call
Logs & Credits tab, the Download Log link
is located in the middle of the page.

Contacts
How do I add people to my Contacts list?
1. Click Create Contact at the bottom of the contacts table.
2. Enter your contact's information in the appropriate fields.
3. Click Submit to add your contact.
Each time you call someone, NetCallback will automatically show
the numbers in Call Logs page. You can add the number you call from
and your destination number to your Contacts
list from Call Logs. Here's how:
1. Open Call Logs
page
2. Click Add number
or Add contact
along the left side of the numbers.
3. Enter your contact's information in the appropriate fields.
4. Click Submit to
add your contact.
How do I edit a contact?
1. Go to My Contacts page.
2. Click the name of the contact you'd like to edit.
3. Edit the desired field(s).
4. Click Submit.
How do I delete a contact?
1. Check the box next to the entry you would like to delete.
2. Click Delete at
the bottom of the contacts list.
